Core Process Psychotherapy Andy Gibb

Out beyond Ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field, I will meet you there - Rumi

In our most intimate relationships we sometimes experience the best of ourselves and each other and sometimes the worst.

Choosing a partner and staying together through life's ups and downs is rarely straightforward. Even when we experience positive change, this can add to the complexity and stresses of daily life.

Whether you have become caught in a cycle of arguments, lost the enjoyment of each other`s company, or are doing “ok” and simply wish to deepen your relationship, it can be particularly useful to seek outside help and guidance.

It is my intention to provide a warm, safe environment and supportive structure to explore the issues that are affecting your relationship. With the focus being on your relationship and how this is co-created, I will seek to guide and facilitate you to find ways of perceiving and communicating that will be supportive of your unique relationship.

I have provided 1-1 and couples counselling in a privately run family assessment centre over the last 7 years and also been commissioned by social services to undertake couples work, in addition to private couples work. I have also completed a one year training programme in Transpersonal Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy, at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (London).

Fees for couples sessions are:
Exeter £65 per one hour
Exmouth £60 per one hour
